Is there way to require four characters for the dial by name directory?

The dial by name directory on our UC Server will connect a caller with an extension after three digits are entered.  We have users with similar last names (and a couple with the same first few letters in their last names).  We also have callers who don't necessarily know who they are looking for.

Is there a way to require at least four digits to be entered in the dial by name directory menu before the UC Server will effect a transfer to an extension?

Brian, unfortunately the only option available for change with dial by name is whether the first or last name is processed first. You can also remove specific people from the DBN directory if need be. Thanks
