911 calls

Hello;

We are having an issue with someone at a site calling 911 then hanging up (the site is a large school). Is it possible to figure out which extension the calls are coming from? I can only find logs for inbound calls, not outbound.

If you browse to your install directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\ADTRAN\NetVanta UC Server\SIPPBX\logs\CALLROUTER

The log_0.txt is the active log file. Then all other ones are archived, you would need to log at date stamp of file.

So if you know what time the 911 call was placed, just open that log file and search for 911

You should find something like this, in example below, user 6610 called 2569638000, hope that helps.:
