renaultl,
I branched this to a new discussion thread. Can you gather the output from a debug voice verbose and a debug sip stack messages both enabled at the same time for a failed outbound call and submit it along with the current configuration to the FTP server with the instructions below? Who is your SIP trunk provider? Have you contacted them and had them enable a SIP trace for a failed call?
Open Internet Explorer web browser on their PC
Type the following URL: ftp://ftp.adtran.comPress the Alt key, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
Double-click the "Incoming" folder
Drag and drop files from PC into the Internet Explorer windowReply to this post with the exact filenames used so we can retrieve the files
Thanks,
Matt
renaultl,
I also forgot to mention you should read our SIP Trunking guide first to make sure the unit is configured properly. If everything looks right there and if the SIP trunk provider was not able to track down the issue, I would be happy to look at the debugs and configuration.
Thanks,
Matt
thanks i will look at the guide, my trunk is registered and out going calls are working.
enable debug sip stack messages and debug voice verbose, preferably at a non-busy time. Place a call inbound to the unit and paste the output here. Typically this is due to a mismatch on the digits sent in the INVITE and the provisioned endpoint. If it is going to a PRI, the number of digits sent out the PRI trunk not matching what the PBX is expecting is the most common cause of this issue.
