We have a customer that has multiple Ring Groups configured on the system and would like for some of them to ring differently. Is there a way to set certain Ring Groups to have a Priority Alert or Different Ring Tone? We tried changing the ring tone on the phone but that only works when the phone is called direct. I did create a second Ring Option but I don't see that it can be applied to any of the Ring Groups, only on the system itself.
