I'm looking for recommendations for a company that can provide support for an existing Adtran phone system (NetVanta 7100 and IP 706/712 phones). We have an issue calling three-digit numbers (including 911).
Short term: We need that fixed.
Long term: I'm looking for a company to provide per-incident support for the system. We rarely need support as we can handle most issues ourselves but I'd like to have a relationship just in case.
I'm having trouble finding a local company to support this system. I don't really need the company to be local (North Carolina) since the system can be managed remotely.
