I've had this reported from my users:
User is in a call and they are a member of a ring group
Call comes in to the ring group and their phone is beeping while they are on their CURRENT call.
The other end of their CURRENT call ends the call by hanging up
User is automatically connected to the incoming Ring Group call.
It doesn't happen often. But we have had a handful of times where the attendants accidentally hung up on the incoming call because it automatically connected them as they were hanging up their ongoing conversation.
Bug? Setting?
