Our telco provider just started recently offering SIP in our area. Our company will eventually be making the switch. Before we do, does Adtran or anyone have a checklist of items that will need to be modified in the NV7100 to make the switch? I'm assuming I'll be able to keep a majority of all my current settings (User accounts, ring groups, phone configs, etc), but it would be nice if Adtran had a tutorial for customers who are making the switch and what to look for. Does anyone have any guides? Thanks.
Scott, we don't have a checklist for this, but I would recommend reading through this document:
Configuring SIP Trunking and Networking for the NetVanta 7000 Series
Unless you're doing Shared Line Appearances, it should just be a matter of deleting the old trunk and trunk group, then creating the new ones. Thanks
