7100 response with 'SIP 486 Busy here' when not all appearences are in use.

Have a Metaswitch SIP trunk with 10 call appearance limit to a 7100 and have started receiving many reports of periods where callers receive a busy signal. There are only two DIDs and both map to a ring group that includes all stations. The Metaswitch shows the maximum calls in use for any day has only been 4 yet we still observe many 'SIP 486 Busy here' respones to SIP invites.

MCG Support, can you please reply with the configuration of the unit as well as the output of "debug sip stack message' and "debug voice verbose" running at the same time when the unit sends a 486? Thanks
