We have a sip trunk connected to a 6242. Inbound and outbound calls work fine, but calls that are forwarded thru the PBX have no audio. I donlt feel that the PBX is the issue.Has anyone seen this issue before and can point me in the right direction? Thank you.
Mr. Romano,
Thanks for posting. What type of connection/protocol are you using between the NetVanta 6242 and the PBX? We may need to see configuration, debug output, packet captures, or DSP captures of a test call to determine the point of failure. For calls that pass between two SIP trunks, we would start with a copy of the configuration and then check the output of the following debug commands.
debug sip stack message
debug voice verbose
Thanks!
David
