limit internet bandwidth for a single host behind a 4305 router.

I can get the download speeds to be restricted but not the uploads.  I am using a QOS MAP to be applied to the inside interface.  I am just wondering how can i limit the upload speed to that single host with a private IP address.

Did you find something ? I have to limit upload for all traffic on a single host with private ip too.
