Firmware update

Well it seems I have 10 Netvanta 3148 w/efp and I can't use them because I get a server 503 error every time I try to change IPs on the device. I've been told that there is a firmware upgrade but I can't get to it. Seems their new website doesn't think I need it, yet their tech support guy says I do. So I have $19,000 of these devices I can't use. Anyone else had this problem? How did you get it fixed? I've been going back and forth for about two weeks now and still no solution.

Jmurry65 did you ever find or get the correct software for your NV3148 w/EFP?  I'm looking for the same software upgrade.

Yes I finally got permission to download the latest firmware. But it made no difference in my problem. Still cannot update IPs in the GUI interface.

We have discovered a few 404 and 503 errors in the current firmware and this should be resolved in the next release.
We apolagize for the issue!

Is there any timeline for this release? I still have 10 of these units needing this fix.
