DHCP on Netvanta 3140

Is there a way in the GUI to set up a device with a reserved IP address?

I can't seem to find how to assign static addresses to a specific mac address on a device.

Enable the DHCP server persistence option. Select the Enable DHCP server persistence checkbox under SYSTEM, DHCP SERVER then DHCP Leases of the Device you would like to assign a local static address. I am not assuming you mean a Public IP address.
