I have a router using OSPF to share routes to a VPN device. Another router was put in place in a different office, as a backup/redundant connection to the same location as the VPN. The difference here is that the new router has been connected to the partner using BGP to share routes. I am thinking this is going to cause some routing issues, so I was wondering, is it possible to force some routes learned via BGP to be inserted into the routing table with a different administrative distance?
