Netvanta 1550 Loop Reported by Velo Edge

Hello,

I am an ADTRAN partner, and ADTRAN support has not responded to this case in 24 hours. So, I'm turning to the Support Community in hopes of help.

I have a client site experiencing intermittent bouncing on the LAN due to a loop somewhere in the network. The dual WANs are stable. There is something going on in the LAN. Config is pasted below. 4 Switches (1550s, all which directly connect back to "Switch A"). Spanning tree edgeport is in place; Switch A is the root; no duplicate MACs are seen on any VLANs with the exception of intentional devices such as a router which exists on multiple VLANs.

The only change we made this past Thursday was creating a new VLAN, and adding a subinterface to the Velo Cloud edge. Upon doing that, and reconfiguring the Netvanta port, the Velo has been seeing loops in the network. 

Any insight on where I can look to resolve this loop?
