1638P 18.02.01.SC Boot ROM

Hi!

We have a 1638P running an outdated Boot ROM, and would like to upgrade it to 18.02.01.SC so we can upgrade to the latest firmware. Adtran support recommended to ask the community for the latest Boot ROM, since they are unable to provide it for EOL devices.
