How do I default 3rd Gen NetVanta 1234p

I'm trying to get access to a NetVanta 1234P PN: 1703595G1 using the GUI and nothing works.

I can access the NV via the CLI  using 10.10.10.1 and I've tried changing the IP address on the Vlan 1 numerous times but I still can't

gain access using the GUI with the computer I have plugged into port 1 of the NV.

At this point I'm thinking defaulting the device might get me in. The OS Version is R11.2.0. HB so I can't default it using the CLI which requires R11.4.0 and later.
