Extreme Slow Speedtest BSAP2030 on Adtran 1638P switch port

We replace old 1920 BSAPs with the 2030's Ports on data switch configured as Trunk ports and allow vlan 1

Laptop connected to same switch testing 100-200 meg up and down 

Wifi connection testing 18-20 meg up and down with no other users connected to AP

How do the port counters look for the AP and Uplink?  How are you testing the bandwidth?  What kind of speeds did you get on the 1920, are wireless adapters and switch/vwlan firmware up to date?  What about testing with another device?
