BSAP 2020 Max Transmit Power

I have 6 2020's on the same VWLAN using the AP Template, but have 4 different maximum power setting on the 5 GHz band.  The max range varies from 40mW to 200mW.  I'm confused at why there is such a discrepancy in the max power settings.  Any help would be appreciated.

Are you looking at the Transmit Power settings when you Edit the access point, are they all registered for the same country?

Yes, I am looking at the Transmit Power under each radio with "edit access point".  They are all registered to the US.

Likely a software bug/glitch.
