Adtran Bluesocket Login without web page

When using Bluesocket without a splash page, can we still have different user accounts for login so a TV can log into the wireless?

Say an apartment complex with 50 units. We just want to find our wireless SSID, then just enter a user name and password the we assign and different for each unit.
