Can I use an A/C power supply in a DC 800 Plus Chassis and vice versa?

I have several A/C powered 800 Plus Chassis that I would like to convert to DC power using a DC power supply from a 800 Chassis. Can this be done?

I had to look up the parts used on both the AC and DC ATLAS 800+ to verify, but they both do use the same chassis. Since the power supply is modular (it's not EASY to remove, but it can be removed), then yes, you should be able to put the DC power supply in one of the "AC" chassis and make it a DC powered unit.

I'm afraid I don't have an ATLAS 800+ to test with, but it should work.
