The unit works as expected to the extent I am able to determine without a T1/PRI network connection. I can access the VT100 menus and see the configuration options. Serial # LBADTN0828AE644. Original warranty expired 8/12/13. I am happy to buy a support package, but I wanted to know if the unit should be upgraded first.
If you don't have Firmware C0904, then I definitely recommend upgrading, but the chances are you already have that in your ATLAS. (It has been out for a very long time.)
