I have multiple 900 series models providing SIP, PRI, or Analog phone service to the respective PBX for that location. The connection to the provider switch is SIP, running the appropriate version of R13.10.2.E for the model. Seemingly at random they will stop sending registration requests to the service provider phone system. Other then all the affected units are on R13 or newer we have not been able to find a cause so far. Even if we log into the unit remotely and do a "sip trunk force" in the CLI no registration attempt is sent. We have a SNMP alarm system to monitor for issues but the Adtrans are not sending out a trap for the loss of registration. We are getting other Traps sent from the Adtrans so we know they are able to send a SNMP trap to our Alarm Board System. Is there a way to get them to send an SNMP Trap that says the reg'd status is "no".
