Different Ring Tone for External inbound calls vs Internal inbound calls

Went into the web phone config for that VVX-400 and changed the ring tone in two places: (Settings > Lines > Line 1> Ring Type, which is, I believe, the "internal call, ie.: dialing extension 104” setting and Preferences > Ringtones which is the Default Ring Tone and seems like the one that would apply to all other calls.) The setting does not take effect except for internal calls.

We want to change the ring tone for inbound external calls to our reception phone, so staff can tell the audible difference.
